All meetings are open to the public and have a public session at the beginning where anyone can raise an issue or a question.

By law, agendas have to be published in advance. They are printed and put on the official Notice Board at the side of the Town Hall and are posted on the website.

All meetings take place in the Parrett Room (first floor), Town Hall, Bow Street, Langport, TA10 9PR – the Parrett Room is now fully accessible to those with mobility issues.

Agendas, papers and minutes of meetings are published here. They are also printed and put in Langport Library.
