NV Health and Fitness is run by myself Natasha Howells. I am passionate about people living healthy lives and being fit.
I want people to enjoy exercise, to feel better and be more confident, as well as being more mindful in their every day lives; remembering to think about what would make them feel better and how they can improve their lifestyle, whether its thrugh exercise, healthy eating or both!
I run boot camps in the local area, (which are not as scary as they sound!) we have a growing community and we motivate and encourage new and old members, there are some challenges along the way but that is what makes it more exciting.
I am also a fully qualified Pilates instructor and a personal trainer. I travel around visiting clients or, if clients prefer, they can come to me as I have a fitness lodge where I can train people in private. I understand exercise and doing it in front of other people can be daunting to some, my aim is to make people feel as comfortable as possible and achieve their goals, motivate and inspire.
