I am Sarah Wilmot, a Yoga Alliance Professional registered Yoga teacher. I trained at Bristol School of Yoga and firmly believe that Yoga can be beneficial for everyone.
Yoga helps us strengthen our bodies but more importantly it gives us the opportunity to find some quietness within ourselves.
My classes focus on moving the body to settle and calm the mind.
I run two different types of class: Hatha yoga is a slower based form of yoga and Hatha Vinyasa is a stronger more dynamic practice.
All classes are drop in so no need to book and are £6 per class.
Hatha Yoga: Monday 19:45- 20:45 at Misterton WI Hall (TA18 8LX)
Hatha Yoga: Tuesday 11am -12 in Langport Ridgeway Hall
Hatha Yoga: Thursdays 6pm-7pm at Barrington Village Hall
