Beginner level Ashtanga Yoga classes 7-8pm.
This is a perfect class if you are starting your yoga journey.
What to expect? Some twisting, bending, stretching, flexing, deep breathing and most importantly a lot of fun. We will explore the foundation poses of the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Primary Series which is a breath focused practice (where the pace of your practice is set by your breath). We will break down each pose to basics, practise the Ashtanga Vinyasa at a slow pace with modifications and props, if required. As we go through each pose we will explore posture technique and dynamic alignment.
Please bring own mat, although a few spare mats are available.
