Pilates is a great way to strengthen the body and work on the
muscles and areas that are tight or hurt. If you suffer from bad
backs, knees, bad posture, weak core, then pilates is a great way
to achieve low impact exercise.
The classes are limited to 15 spaces so I am able to give personal
attention to those who have particular pain. Pilates classes are in a
6 week block where each week there is a different set of exercises
which will help you gain strength, stamina, lose weight, tone up
and improve your cardio, not to mention improve your self confidence.
