Supervised and fun group circuit sessions for anyone and any level of fitness.
Start where you are. Use what you have. Do what you can every Friday 2.15-3.15pm in the Ridgeway Hall, Langport
Marion Cooper is a Clinical Exercising Instructor- a specialist. The sessions offer support, guidance and motivation in a safe, comfortable and friendly environment.
The exercises are suitable if you have been diagnosed with controlled diabetes, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis or as part of your health recovery.
