The Rotary Club of Langport and Somerton continues to support the Forget-me-Not Memory Cafe

They meet every Tuesday for two hours for the benefit of anyone who is suffering with memory loss (be it from the result of a stroke, Dementia or Alzheimer’s) and their carers

This amenity is so important for the clients and their carers, who number on average 10-15 per week, as it allows them to mix with other people who understand their needs; it gives them all a lift from their daily routine.  Clients and carers really look forward to Tuesday afternoons and these meetings have become a lifeline to these people who suffer the on-going problems related to the challenges of memory loss.
